Welcome to the webpage of Trinity Lutheran in Mechanicsburg!
We hope you can find all the information you need about our congregation. We have an easily accessible location in the historic downtown area of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; you’ll find us right on Main Street. Our presence here for over 150 years has given us many opportunities to live out our mission--Sharing the Good News of Christ through Worship, Education, and Service—and we look forward to living out our mission into the future, as the area grows with us! Our life together here at Trinity is grounded in Christian worship. Worship is a time to gather together as community and celebrate the gifts God has given us: Word and Sacraments. We are sent out from each gathering to share those gifts with all the world. One of the ways we share God’s gifts is through our emphasis on Christian Education. At Trinity we offer Sunday School for all ages, including two adult classes. We also hold regular weekly Bible studies as well as monthly studies. Our Educational life is centered in Christ’s Word for us today—a Word of promise and hope for a despairing world. We also share the gifts of God through service. Here at Trinity we serve those in need both locally and abroad, through community organizations like New Hope Ministries and international ones like ELCA World Hunger Relief. There is much more to share with you about our congregation and all the wonderful ways the Spirit is moving in this place. We hope you’ll come to visit us and experience the Spirit moving in your life too!
